Allen Hammack, the “Master of Mythology”, writes with authority on using myths and legends of the world in gaming. He wrote three books on the subject (Fantastic Treasures I and II, and Monsters of Myth & Legend III) for Mayfair Games. His newest module is Night of the Black Swords for DieCast Games, with Lawful Evil characters on a mission to the Nine Hells. Currently Allen is editing and managing a new espionage RPG by the author of the original Top Secretfor the “new” TSR game company.

Hillary is a nerd-of-all-trades: she loves board games, video games, comics, rpg's and many other forms of nerdery. She is also a seasoned jewelry artisan, an award winning cosplayer, Programming Director at Play on Con, and former writer for a large board gaming site. Hillary's favorite thing about fandom is meeting cool nerdy people and seeing exciting performances.

Noah, Alex, and Charlie first attended POC in 2016. Charlie enjoyed the camp so much it's all he's been talking about since Christmas. Noah and Alex work in Atlanta, GA for IHG and IBM respectfully. Their passions are equally divided between Board Games and Geocaching.

Carla sewed her first costume at the age of twelve, and hasn’t stopped since.  She has won over a dozen awards for her work and taught classes in sewing, felting, tie-dye, and crafting of all kinds.  Carla is also an accomplished decorator for large events, and has worked as a performer in multiple haunted attractions.

Daniel Valdez

Daniel Valdez

Daniel has been in the costuming and crafting hobbyist world for 14 years. He specializes in fabrication using specialty computer driven equipment like 3D printers, CNC mills and Laser cutters. A few of his projects have been featured on sites like Sparkfun and Adafruit. Daniel is very approachable for questions relating to hobby fabrication from costuming to general crafting.

Johanna Auterson

Johanna Auterson

Johanna has worked in the cosmetology industry for 15yrs. When she first began her career she worked in theatrical makeup and hair for community theatre as well as independent films. She has also worked with world renounced photographers such as David Mecey(lead photographer at Playboy for over 20yrs). She also volunteers her services for charity fashion shows. Her work has been featured in B•Metro magazine as well as Birmingham Magazine. She currently can be found working at Angel Hair Salon in Mt. Brook as well as snooping around any BooksAMillion looking for the latest Harry Potter and Game of Thrones merchandise.
